It’s the 44th edition of the ATP World Tour Finals this year and all the top players in the world will be in action from November 4 onward this year.

The top eight men’s players will take part in the tournament with their ATP rankings set to decide their participation in the World Tour Finals.
As on September 13, only three players have qualified for the tournament irrespective of their results in the tournaments coming up next. Spain’s Rafael Nadal was the first ever to make it to the tournament when he won the French Open earlier this year, making it eight titles for him.
He was followed into the tournament by Novak Djokovic, who had earlier won the Australian Open and was the finalist in Wimbledon and the US Open. Djokovic qualified for the World Tour Finals by making it to the final of the Wimbledon where he lost to Andy Murray.
Murray became the third player to make it to the World Tour Finals at the end of the US Open where he made it to the quarter-finals before going down to Stanislas Wawrinka.
Some of the other players in line to make it to the main draw of the World Tour Finals are David Ferrer, Tomas Berdych, Juan Martin del Potro, Roger Federer, Wawrinka, Richard Gasquet and Milos Raonic among nine others. Five spots are still empty for the aforementioned list of players.
